August 2017- You Are Not Accepting Credit Cards? Why?
The CBD industry currently faces challenges with the Federal Government with regard to credit card merchant accounts. This is happening despite the fact that sales of industrial hemp are legal in the United States per Section 7606 of The Agricultural Act of 2014, better known as the 2014 Farm Bill, and several iterations of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, both of which remain in effect right now (not to mention federal court precedent which protects naturally occurring cannabinoids in industrial hemp). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We can accept payment via PayPal or a credit card, but we need to take this information over the phone at the moment. Complete your order, applying coupons if applicable, and we will call you for payment. Please call us with any questions: 970.367.7373
Is CBD the same as hemp oil?
No. Hemp oil also comes from industrial hemp and is used in many food, health, and beauty products, however, it does not contain CBD and has not been found to have any medicinal value.
Is CBD legal?
The question is often asked, “is CBD legal in all 50 states?” CBD from marijuana is illegal in most states, however, because we use CBD from industrial hemp, all of our products are legal in all 50 states and in 45 countries.
Does CBD have side effects?
CBD can interact with the effectiveness of some medications, however, CBD itself has no known adverse side effects. It is always recommended you check with your doctor before taking any dietary supplements, including CBD. We highly recommend ProjectCBD.org as a reference for researching CBD and its effect on illnesses, and its interactions with medications.
What exactly could CBD potentially help with?
The FDA does not allow us to make any claims about what CBD may do for you. We CAN share that we have many customers contacting us regarding the effects of our CBD products regarding: Cancer, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain, Seizures, Arthritis, IBS, Insomnia, Brain Function, Anxiety, Migraines, Alzheimer’s, and so many other conditions. While CBD doesn’t help everyone, we have many customers who return regularly for reorders. The only way you’ll know if it will help you is to try it. We always suggest you consult your doctor or medical practitioner if you have specific questions.
We recommend ProjectCBD.org as an excellent source of nonbiased information, clinical trial results, scientist and physician opinions, and drug interraction reporting.
Are there differences in the CBD companies sell?
Yes. CBD oil is not currently regulated. Most of the CBD sold in the U.S. comes from overseas, much of it grown in China. Hemp is a natural soil cleaner, meaning it will take metals, toxins, pesticides, and other pathogens out of the dirt it is planted in. These substances end up in the processed oils and isolate. Yuk! In addition, several companies (2015 warning letters)(2016 warning letters) have been reprimanded by the FDA for saying a product has a certain amount of CBD, and when tested, the product did not contain what the label claimed.
“God knows what toxins are in the hemp processed in countries like China or Romania, which don’t have the same laws about pesticide use that we have,” says Dr. Ethan Russo, a neurologist, ethnobotanist, and one of America’s leading researchers into medical cannabis. “I don’t trust any of it and I don’t think anyone else should either.”
Reputable and safe CBD companies will always be (1) EASY to contact via phone and (2) provide current lab test results when you request them. Don’t take CBD without knowing where it came from, and what the lab results are. Our CBD oil and isolate comes from an organic Colorado industrial hemp farm. We stand behind every product, guaranteeing the purity, potency, and safety of our CBD content.
Which product should I buy?
This is entirely up to you. Do the research so you are able to make an informed choice. We can offer some very BASIC guidelines: CBD Isolate Crystal has ZERO THC, and is the only choice if you are drug-tested. CBD Isolate is suggested to be highly effective in combating inflammation. Full Spectrum Oil is thought to be the most beneficial form of CBD, as it contains not only CBD, but also other cannabinoids and terpenes which benefit the body. When considering CBD for neurological conditions, Full Spectrum Oil appears to be a more popular choice.
How much should I take?
You cannot overdose on CBD, but similar to Vitamin C, if you take too much, it passes through you. Start small. We recommend you research CBD with regard to your specific needs, then use the same dose and ratio for several days. Observe the effects and adjust the ratio or amount until you see results.
What is Micro-dosing and why does it matter?
The human body adjusts to whatever we ingest. If you are not in pain on a particular day, you do not need to take as much CBD as you may need on a day when you are hurting. If you are not in chronic pain, and you take 60mg of CBD a day, your body will adjust to that dosage, and you will need a far higher dose on the day you are in pain. 7-10mg a day is a micro-dose for humans, and 2-5mg is a micro-dose for a pet. Micro-dosing daily keeps the body balanced and is reported to assist with inflammation and neurological function. Taking 20mg or more may be necessary on certain days when you need stronger and more immediate relief. We have customers with life-threatening conditions who report taking 200mg a day.
How long does it take for CBD to work?
CBD appears to have an immediate effect on any type of physical pain, usually within 20 minutes. When dealing with life-threatening illnesses, or with anxiety, stress, ADHD, dementia, and other neurological issues, results can take 30 days or more. If you aren’t seeing results, it is okay to increase the dosage until you do.
Who can take CBD?
While we cannot give advice on who can take CBD, we can share that our customers consist of adults of all ages, children, and pets.
Does CBD help with Cancer?
The short answer: it certainly appears so. Visit Cancer.gov and search “CBD”. There is considerable information there asserting the value of CBD when fighting Cancer.
Evidence from laboratory studies, anecdotal reports, and small clinical studies from a number of years ago suggest that cannabidiol, a non-psychoactive compound of cannabis, could potentially be helpful in controlling seizures.
You should not fail a drug test using our isolate products, as there is ZERO THC in these products. Our Full Spectrum Oil products have less than .3% THC, and are therefore legal in all 50 states, however, because there is a trace amount of THC, you could fail a drug test. If you have a concern, please ask us.
How do I store CBD?
In a cool, dark place. Most CBD products will last up to 2 years if stored properly. It is okay to refrigerate CBD, as long as the cap or lid is on tightly.
I have more questions – Can I call you?

Any information we provide is not to be construed as specific advice or a recommendation for your particular condition. We strictly provide basic information on CBD, and it is up to you to reach out to your healthcare provider regarding your specific needs.
Why don’t more people know about CBD?
To quote Sanjay Gupta, a Neurosurgeon and Chief Medical Correspondent for CNN who has several videos on YouTube regarding CBD, “We have been terribly and systematically misled for nearly 70 years in the United States, and I apologize for my own role in that.” Any form of cannabis, including Industrial Hemp, has been illegal for the past 70 years, and even though products made from Industrial Hemp are now legal in all 50 states, change is slow. YOU are part of that change, just by using our products! If you are interested in working with us to help share CBD, click here: Revivalist Program
